Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt, and if it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your existing item and purchase the new item separately once your return has been accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
