    Where does Greenmount deliver?

    US: We deliver to all US states (and Washington DC) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note that we do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

    UK: We deliver to all UK locations Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

    Australia: We deliver to all Australia locations Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

    How do I track my order?

    Our delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is accepted and include 24-hour business day processing and dispatch time. Please note: delivery times may be longer during promotional periods.

    As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to be available.

    What should I do if the delivery is delayed/the package is lost?

    Our packages are delivered by logistics companies, which can track the delivery status in real time. But if the delay/loss is due to force majeure, we are also deeply sorry, and we can take the following measures:

    A. Keep in touch with our service staff
    The last thing we want to see is your package delayed. Please make sure we know the status of the package. We will keep in touch with you at any time to inform you of the status of the package and explain the situation to you.

    B. Track your goods in real time
    If you find any delays during transportation, you can take the following measures: send a replacement package in a faster way. Or, if the package is delayed and you are in a hurry to receive it, you can contact us and we may re-ship it using other transportation methods depending on the situation.

    About canceling the order
    You can cancel the order, and we accept cancellation before the goods are processed. If you cancel the order before then, you will receive a full refund. But if the goods have been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding!
    Note: After the order is issued, we will notify you by email. Therefore, the order cannot be cancelled after the goods are shipped. If you insist that you don’t want the package, you can contact us to return it after receiving the package. Thank you for your understanding!
